The Leadership Lab is where we equip leaders with the mindset, tools, and support required to take on the complexities of engineering institutional and systemic change. Structured as a series of immersive, action-oriented experiences, the Labs are experimental spaces where we practice the art and science of transformational change.

The Leadership Lab applies the Equity, Justice, and Liberation Framework and design thinking to change management, which involves developing a deep understanding of the problem, generating new ideas, prototyping and testing solutions, and continuously iterating and refining the approach. The Lab's highly collaborative focus emphasizes the importance of building networks and partnerships to achieve lasting change. Participants are encouraged to work together to develop shared goals and strategies for change and to leverage their collective power to make a difference.

Leaders who enter the Lab often face daunting challenges when trying to create change. We get it. The challenges of engineering institutional and systemic change can appear to be impenetrable behemoths— veritable giants that stand in the way of our access to the "milk and honey" reality on the other side. We replace them with new narratives that center the genius, agency, and courage of those gathered to create new worlds filled with possibility and promise.
