I founded Strategic Change Solutions after years of witnessing great ideas and good intentions repeatedly fail to deliver meaningful impact. Too often, I’ve seen institutions and organizations pour time, money, and energy into change—without the strategy, structure, or systems to fully realize their transformation goals and make them last. That’s why I built a firm dedicated to closing that gap with strategy that’s actionable, structures that support real change, and systems that make it last.
