Clare Fenwick

Claire has almost 15 years experience working and supporting people in career change and development.  A Masters of Law graduate, she spent over 10 years as an international executive recruiter working with leading private banks, law firms and professional services firms across the globe.

Spending over a decade tempting people away from their current employers, Clare also knows what makes for a loyal, engaged, motivated and energised workforce.  In 2007 she qualified as a Certified Career Coach (CCC) and Executive Career Coach, completing her coach training with the world-leading Career Coach Institute.

Much of the work Clare is now involved in is working with organisations to help them retain talent and build highly motivated, enterprising and successful teams.  However, she can manage projects across the board from recruitment campaigns to outplacement programmes.

 

Kevin Gould

Kevin has been a managing consultant since 1998 specialising in the Financial Services sector. Previous to this he was Head of Recruitment at both Prudential and Allied Dunbar. He has worked in Financial Services for over 20 years and has gained a reputation as a driver and influencer in the various management roles that he has fulfilled.

He has considerable experience of working with senior managers/directors and operational managers both as a member of the team and as a consultant. He has a track record of successfully helping individuals and teams to deliver vision, strategy and improved operational performance.

His strategic and operational consulting and management experience spans the employee line from attraction, recruitment, retention, employee intelligence, coaching and development through to outplacement/career management.

Melanie Pullan

Melanie is an Occupational Psychologist and qualified Executive Coach. She has a particular interest in personal development with a focus on addressing issues such as performance management, stress management, developing communication and inter-personal skills, goal setting, and building confidence.

Prior to completion of her Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology, Melanie worked in marketing with charities and in a legal practice.  Since then she has held executive positions as a project manager, conference organiser, and latterly as Director Communications for a Services charity.  She has worked as an executive coach delivering strategic and middle-management level assessment centre work and performance management coaching training to public organisations.  Most recently she has been assisting the Armed Forces with out-placement coaching and helping to improve delivery of their train-the-trainer instruction.

Melanie offers a solution-focussed approach to coaching and development in order to align potential with an organisation’s objectives within the context of its culture.  In finding solutions she builds on sound academic foundations applied through the prism of her experience in the workplace and a practical understanding of human behaviour.

 

 

Les Potton

Les is an experienced HR professional of some 16 years. He provides services to executives and managers of all levels. He has muti-sector experience. Les if a trained Prince 2 project manager and is accredited to facilitate the SDI relationship awareness model. His clients have included well known Retailers and Financial Services organisations, leisure managment, FMCG, private heath, public sector and not for profit organisations. Les specialises in day to day HR advice, provision of administration and transaction services, policy writing and HR training.

Jeremy Ross

Jeremy Ross is an experienced business leader and supply chain executive.
He started his career with BRS Midlands as a graduate trainee where he held a number of roles before joining Boots the Chemists.

During his time at Boots he held several key leadership roles, led a number of major change initiatives and gained an MBA from Nottingham University.

He was a key member of the team responsible for transforming the Curry’s supply chain before becoming Supply Chain Director and forming his own company Agility Business Enterprises Ltd.

Richard Young

Richard is a highly successful, versatile and creative HR and Resourcing Consultant with over ten years senior level experience. He has worked extensively as an Internal HR Consultant with Pearl Assurance, AMP Banking, Britvic Soft Drinks and Carlsberg UK. He also served as Deputy Board Chairman for Cross Keys Homes for two years, in the not for profit housing sector, overseeing a major TUPE transfer from Local Government control.

Since December 2006, Richard has been networking widely and has built up a broad portfolio of clients as a Search Consultant, having been retained to source and deliver Senior Executives across a range of business disciplines. He has recruited effectively within Financial Services, BPO, FMCG, IT, Telecoms and Retail, where his blend of relationship building, project management and HR insight have been highly valued.

Richard has a Masters Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management.
