Client Meeting

Four Stage Strategy

People are at the heart of everything we do to make change succeed, and while some consultants go into a business and “do it to you”, our approach is to equip you and your team with the required skill set, knowledge and confidence to sustain change to drive bottom-line improvements.

The service we provide can be broken down into four stages.

  • Firstly, we gain a thorough understanding of the business and its needs. Our initial consultation, which is free and enables us to get to know the business, its history, its current status and its objectives, have been known to last an entire day. At the end of the session, we prepare a report identifying where change is required and how it can be effectively achieved.
  • We work alongside key people to develop and implement a change strategy. Statistics tell us that 75% of change initiatives fail to deliver desired business outcomes (Source: KPMG). We co-create bespoke solutions based on our knowledge, skills and experience and yours; then provide the proven methodology, tools and techniques for leading people effectively and ethically through major organisational change.
  • We work with you and your team to strengthen skills and empower them to sustain change.
We believe that while change must be managed correctly, it will only succeed if the people
change with it. A key element of successful change management is employee engagement and alignment. Companies whose employees are more engaged outperform the earnings per share of their competitors by 18%, have 37% less absenteeism, 50% more employee retention and 12% higher customer experience (Source: Gallup).
  • We remain committed to the project for as long as is required - but not a day too long.
We do not offer a quick fix. When we engage a client, we do so with the view that we are in it for as long as it takes. Nor do we overstay our welcome.

We take enormous pride in the three qualities which people say characterise us:

Integrity, Results, Sustainability
