 Skills gap identification

We often find that training departments are very good at delivering training. This can be more costly and time consuming that it needs to be and can sometimes be in appropriate for your business. What they are not so good at is the identification of skills gaps and the most effective solutions to gaining these skills.

Firstly we should continually review current skill levels and types versus what we need in an ever changing business environment.

Secondly we should design solutions to resolve those skills gaps, many of which may not be standard training approaches.

Thirdly we must be prepared to accept that we may need to move people out if they do not have the potential to develop or develop quickly enough and recruit people in with the necessary skills.

 Behavioural Change Skills

Getting people to change their behaviour can be challenging, particularly when they do not want to change.

Our approach to this is through coaching alongside a review of your people strategies.

Our coaching programmes often start at the top of your organisation. A coaching style and coaching skills and processes are the most effective way to enabling behaviour change.

People ultimately choose to behave the way that they do. Coaching helps people to identify with a personal need to behave differently. Once you can get someone to convince themselves that they will benefit personally from a change in their behaviour then you a more than half way there.

We all have it within us to behave in a variety of ways. Our personality is the main driver of our fundamental behaviour patterns but these can be altered temporarily if we choose.

We can help people understand what changes are required by the organisation and what this means to the individual in terms of a change away from their preferred way of doing things and how it will benefit them.


 Customer Service and Sales training

Magic moments are the times when you know that you have won over a customer and they are ready to listen more to what you have to say, they want to spend money with you, they are going to tell their friends about you and they will definitely come back to you again.

We design a bespoke workshop for your employees to help them to consolidate what they already do that works well and to build on this with an understanding of the behaviour taking placing during interactions with their customers. We help your employees to understand how to mirror the language, tone of voice and pitch as well as body language and facial mask where they are speaking face to face.
